Impeccably planned and perfectly executed trip
My husband and I went on this trip together. On our last day, one adventurer mentioned that the trip had “continually exceeded expectations” and I could not agree more. At the end of the first day I could not believe that anything in the following days could beat the bamboo rafting, but I was proven wrong again and again. The organizers speak English fluently and are very laid-back. They allowed us to enjoy the trip as we pleased while guiding us in the right direction so we made it to all of our destinations in time. While I have lived in China for almost four years, there is no way I would have found such great locations and activities on my own. Besides bamboo rafting, we went hiking, rode on up and down cable cars, crossed long narrow rope bridges, stood high above the mountain on a glass balcony (terrifying but really awesome!), walked through an authentic ancient village and temple, and witnessed breathtaking views of waterfalls and stone bridges. All the while eating great food and staying in great hotels. Bring your camera and comfortable shoes.
